Why Are My Leaves Getting Auto Approved?

You might notice that your leave requests are getting auto approved even though you have the auto approve toggle turned off -

If you are the account admin or team manager, to save you time your leave requests will be automatically approved, and you will not need to approve your own leave requests.

If you want someone else to approve your own requests, then you will need to have that person create the Flamingo account.
