How To Solve "You are not assigned to any team. Please contact your admin or manager"

When attempting to use the Flamingo app in Slack, you might see the message "You are not assigned to any team. Please contact your admin or manager."

For this, please check with the person that added Flamingo to your Slack Workspace that they have gone through the on-boarding process and added you to Flamingo.

They can use this link to log in - https://app.helloflamingo.com/login/. After on-boarding, the Flamingo admin can add more users using this guide - https://support.helloflamingo.com/article/36-how-to-add-more-users-to-flamingo

If a user has not yet been added to Flamingo, this would explain why the message says "You are not assigned to any team. Please contact your admin or manager."

In this case, the person who added Flamingo to your Slack Workspace would be the owner or admin of Flamingo. Adding Flamingo to Slack does not automatically import all members into Flamingo.
