How To Use Leave Rollover

If you want to rollover unused leaves from one year to the next (for example 2022 to 2023), then you can use the Rollover feature.

For example, if the user has 5 days out of their 10 days yearly leave remaining/not used, those unused 5 days are carried over to the next year.

To use this feature, go to the Teams section - and click the Leave Policy for the leaves you wish to roll over -


Then turn on the "Roll over unused leave to next year" toggle. You'll be able to set the specific roll over policy you need. 

You can roll over all unused days or set a limit as to the maximum amount of leave days for that policy.


The rollover will happen on January first of each year.
